- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Add all ingredient to a blender.
Blend for 1-2 minutes until all ingredients are combined.
Based on yoru smoothie thickness preferences, you can add more or less fruit or milk.
