Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Instructions

  • Add all ingredient to a blender.
  • Blend for 1-2 minutes until all ingredients are combined.
  • Based on yoru smoothie thickness preferences, you can add more or less fruit or milk.
  • Enjoy!
