Ingredients

  • 1 (398 ml) can or 1 and 3/4 cup chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.
  • It might take a few minutes and some stirring.
  • Taste and adjust salt if needed.
