- 1 (398 ml) can or 1 and 3/4 cup chickpeas
- 3 tbsp tahini
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup water
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.
It might take a few minutes and some stirring.
Taste and adjust salt if needed.
